At P&G I led the digital transformation of European distribution; at Amazon — before the GenAI wave — I ran a $1.2B transportation network, then became GenAI sponsor for Amazon Flex across Europe and Asia-Pacific: coaching the leadership team, keeping them ahead of the industry, and building a hero team of early adopters to upskill the wider organization. My specialty is change management — delivering business growth and productivity at scale through digitalization and automation.
